About Us

Created by the experienced

Between 1994 and 2004, Mr. Pol Namse, he was the chief technician who had been trained on the technology for the blind from Arkenstone, Telesensory in California and Blazie Engineering, Henter- Joyce, Enabling Technologies and currently Freedom Scientific in Florida and Human Ware in Australia-New Zealand and Index Braille in Sweden. In this period m duties included running the technical aspects of the Thailand oriented projects of Sight Savers, CBM, Dark and Light Foundation and ON-NET.

Thus, he had a larghe spectre of experience supporting/servicing and promoting the products for blindness and Low-vision in and around Thailand and neighbor countries. Through the hard work he could become a skilled, experienced and powerful agent and became authorized service of the manufacturing company involved.

In September 2004, Founder Pol Namse, opened the company, NFTC (N. Fellow Technologies), to give better and sustaining services for the visually impaired. We placed orders for assistive technology for handicapped persons. We, NFTC, serve this special niche market; we can offer order-placing ability and expertise with assistive technology plus excellent after-sale services.

This is our selling point. We, therefore, prefer to sell products we know and appreciate. When we sell the products, we can ensure after-sale follow-up - a service and a quality not given by others.

The purchases of equipments split into two main groups of users,
- First; for NGOs (foundations and associations), for whom materials were given from kind donors, and used for projects for the visually impaired in Thailand and neighbor counties,
- Second, for individual end-users who purchased for their personal use.
In addition, a third line of orders came about with projects of the government, for which the tender method was used.

We have long-time contacts with virtually all of the NGOs working for the visually impaired in Thailand, and neighbor countries and those that are authorized dealers of equipment for the sensory handicapped. These entities are among those who sent equipment to us for repair.

We will do the best and work hard to further maintain and promote good products.
